Quality Policy

  • To ensure the management and sustainable development of the standards ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015, ISO/IEC 27006:2015, ISO 22003-1:2022, and OIC/SMIIC 2:2019.
  • To ensure that all Sigmacert personnel at every level understand the Quality Management System, its Policy, and Objectives.
  • To carry out conformity assessments in accordance with Turkish laws and the standards ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015, ISO/IEC 27006:2015, ISO 22003-1:2022, and OIC/SMIIC 2:2019, ensuring the highest quality service with impartiality, independence, and in alignment with Islamic business ethics.
  • To ensure the sustainability of conformity assessment activities by monitoring up-to-date versions of national and international standards, and to enable customers to access the latest information within Sigmacert’s certification scope.
  • To provide customer-focused services.
  • To maintain active communication with National and International Authorities / Accreditation Bodies (such as TÜRKAK and HAK).
  • To work with expert committees within certification programs for the prudent and mutual development of Sigmacert.
  • To facilitate the development of new certification programs in order to offer the widest possible range of integrated services that meet the needs of customers.
